When we set up our H2 fund, we were hoping to have it operational in a span of six months, or 9 months maximum. We took 18 months to reach the level of operation we wanted. At that point, we were only 80percent ready.
Our optimism began early. When we started our venture fund, it was difficult to realize the number of steps involved. We now know this because we've codified the process. It's at least 220 steps. There's probably many more steps we'll must add to that list, we're pretty confident this is near the minimum number.
Are you doubtful about the number? The list has been made public for anyone to view. What's more, we've combined the lessons learned with a lot of code to develop a better approach for investing in investment vehicles. this was made possible by First Degree Global Asset Management (MAS-licensed funds managers).
Using the resources of our team, we've built a systematic approach to speed up the process required to build an investment vehicle and set up operational support from days to months or even hours. What is operational support? Operational support means simply the capability of:
Create the website and operate it on a platform
Select from a range of fund structures
Include an experienced, fully licensed external fund manager
You can add a fund administrator to the list or select from a range of administrators
Choose your preferred audit company
Designate directors and advisors
tap into a global deal origination network
Set up an automated process for deal analysis
Create an investment committee for investment
AML as well as KYC check
Interface with users who speak different languages or have currencies
AI can be utilized to carry out basic analysis of DD
let stakeholder access your portfolio
Automate fund accounting, reporting and other manual tasks
That's all we are aware of. We can do this in a matter of hours or days. It's almost unbelievable. It is important to first go through the pain of manually doing things several times before automating it.
We've completed it and the notes don't anymore exist - they are the entries in the documentation that were made to enable the quick, simple automated creation of investment vehicles. They also facilitate the commercialization of the Hatcher+ Venture As-A-Service Technology ("VAAST") - the multi-award-winning data analytics platform that cuts the duration of a year to just a few days.
This platform has been built to facilitate serious growth. Since October 1st, 2021 onwards, we will be expanding our list of pilot partners to include new clients. We'd love to talk with you if you're a multifamily or wealth manager, a bank, or financial adviser looking to set up private investment vehicles for your clients. It's a simple, fast, and complete procedure.
